LHH in Nyon, Switzerland, is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join its expanding Legal & Compliance team in a fast-changing international setting. The role focuses on commercial, governance and operational matters, offering close collaboration with business stakeholders across multiple functions.

The candidate will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, support compliance across jurisdictions, and contribute to corporate governance activities, including incorporations and filings.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years as Legal Counsel in international corporate, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or EPC environment.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variation orders, and contract administration principles.
• Exposure to arbitration and dispute resolution matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements.
• Support legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

• Advise on contract administration, claims management, and contractual risk allocation.
• Support strategic projects and provide pragmatic legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Assist with dispute avoidance, arbitration, litigation, and the management of external counsel when required.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Commercial, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, governance frameworks, and legal operations.

Profile

• Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variation order management, and contract administration principles.
• Exposure to arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
• Experience supporting corporate governance and entity management activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proficiency with legal technology and AI-powered tools is an advantage.
