Job summary

SwissPeak Partners GmbH in Zurich seeks an experienced business engineer to drive digital investment and pension solutions for pillar 3a, vested benefits, and portfolio funds. You will analyze requirements, draft as-is/to-be processes, and design GUI prototypes with UX/UI guidance.

Responsibilities include running workshops with business, product management and IT, removing manual interfaces, and supporting testing and acceptance of features.

Qualifications

German language at C2 level; project language is German
Understanding of Swiss German is expected
At least five years of business engineering or business analysis at a bank, financial services provider or insurer
Experience with digital investment platforms, pension or advisory solutions
BPMN, use cases, user stories and story maps
Agile way of working, ideally SAFe
Degree in business administration, banking and finance or business informatics

Responsibilities

Customer-centred requirements analysis, capture as-is and to-be processes
Specify features and stories, create GUI prototypes with UX and UI
Run workshops and refinements with the business, product management and IT
Identify and eliminate manual interfaces and media breaks in the to-be process
Support implementation, testing and acceptance of features
