Job summary

ProfilHQ in Zurich is hiring an experienced business engineer to shape digital investment and pension solutions for a Swiss bank. You will analyze customer needs, model as-is and to-be processes, and translate them into features, user stories and GUI prototypes with UX/UI consideration.

You will run workshops with business, product management and IT, and work to remove manual interfaces in the to-be process while supporting implementation, testing and acceptance of new features.

Qualifications

• German at C2 level; the project language is German. Understanding of Swiss German is expected.
• At least five years of business engineering or business analysis at a bank, financial services provider or insurer.
• Experience with digital investment platforms, pension or advisory solutions.
• BPMN, use cases, user stories and story maps.
• Agile way of working, ideally SAFe.
• Degree in business administration, banking and finance or business informatics.

Responsibilities

• Customer-centred requirements analysis, capture as-is and to-be processes
• Specify features and stories, create GUI prototypes with UX and UI
• Run workshops and refinements with the business, product management and IT
• Identify and eliminate manual interfaces and media breaks in the to-be process
• Support implementation, testing and acceptance of features
