Job summary

The role blends strategic brand oversight with hands-on execution and requires deep pharma experience, fluency in German and English, and a pragmatic, agile approach in a hybrid setup with travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of commercial pharma experience including Rx brand management.
• Strong knowledge of the German healthcare system; Austria/Switzerland familiarity is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales and translate brand strategy into field activities.
• Excellent omnichannel marketing and project management skills.
• Experience leading teams and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team, setting clear priorities and fostering collaboration across the wider DACH organization.
• Shape and execute brand strategies and tactical plans, defining KPIs and using insights to optimize results.
• Translate market, healthcare professional insights into action and growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic brand initiatives with Sales, Medical, and Global teams for local execution.
• Advance omnichannel marketing with coordinated touchpoints.
• Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with supply stakeholders.
