Blockstream, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to bridge business and technology for enterprise and institutional clients. This on-site role requires deep functional and technical expertise to design and implement end-to-end solutions across the engagement lifecycle.

You will gather requirements, lead implementations, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across geographies, delivering tangible client value while adhering to regulatory considerations in financial services.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience as a functional/implementation consultant.
• Deep expertise in financial services processes (custody, payments, treasury, banking operations, or capital markets).
• Ability to gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
• On-site client work with frequent travel (3+ days per week).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of regulated financial services environments and compliance.

• Work on-site at client locations to understand operations.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements via interviews and workshops.
• Design end-to-end solutions addressing business needs with appropriate tech.
• Lead implementation activities, configuring systems, integrations.
