Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on industrial automation or IT experience within a GMP Pharma environment.
• Strong proficiency in PLC/SCADA hardware and HMI/SCADA configuration.
• Experience with GMP/CSV concepts (GAMP 5, EU GMP Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Excellent leadership, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

• Develop and lead the site's automation strategy and projects.
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for automation hardware and software.
• Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity hygiene, and OS patching.
• Ensure cGMP, data integrity, and CSV compliance; draft documentation.
• Oversee validation activities and change control processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, maintenance, and vendors; manage SLAs.
