agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group with a focus on pharma, biotech and related sectors. As a consultant, you will support our clients on site, applying your automation expertise in GMP-regulated environments.

Your role covers design, implementation, qualification and optimization of automation systems, with potential focus on PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS or MES, collaborating with engineering, production, quality and validation teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Industry IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in GMP-regulated pharma/biotech or life sciences.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA/HMI/DCS/MES or OT networks.
• Knowledge of GMP, data integrity and qualification/validation principles.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and implement automation solutions in GMP environments.
• Configure and program PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS or MES systems.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot automation, control and communication issues.
• Develop and improve automation standards, procedures and documentation.
• Support batch control, recipe management, data integrity and process monitoring.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to the delivery of strategic pharmaceutical and biotech projects.
