Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Several years of professional experience as a Process Engineer.
• Strong understanding of GMP principles and GMP-regulated environments.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assess the operational excellence and performance of GMP manufacturing facilities.
• Guide improvement initiatives to increase plant performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and recommend sustainable improvements.
• Assess supplier operating models, technical capabilities and process performance.
• Investigate material failures and support root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with technical, operational and business stakeholders across facilities.
• Communicate assessment results, improvement opportunities and recommendations clearly.
