Qualifications

• First-level university degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
• ITIL or related service management certification.
• At least six years of demonstrated experience providing advanced technical and functional support for business-critical applications.
• Experience in a highly confidential and secure environment with sensitive data flows.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical and functional support for business systems and services by managing incidents and service requests with timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate incident resolution with development, infrastructure and business teams; perform root cause analysis for major incidents.
• Monitor application performance and take proactive action to prevent service disruption.
• Oversee daily operational tasks, scheduled jobs, and application support procedures; validate fixes and changes.
• Contribute to testing, release, deployment and post-release support activities.
