Zusammenfassung

Terminal Investment Limited (TIL) seeks a Senior Analyst - Business Development to drive financial modelling and rigorous analysis of existing investments and new opportunities. You will support Corporate Finance and Treasury, delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

You will refine long-term models, conduct market research, and prepare materials for senior management and the Board, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting with global exposure.

Qualifikationen

• MSc in Finance or Business is required.
• 3-4 years’ experience in investment finance / valuation or related investment analysis experience.
• Proven experience in detailed financial modelling and assessment of returns on investments.
• Expert Excel modelling skills with strong understanding of financial return assessment techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English with concise presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Undertake detailed analysis and financial modelling of long term business plans to support financing, expansion and valuation of capital investments and assessment of new investment opportunities.
• Refine, engineer and maintain multiple long term business development models.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative market analysis (M&A activity, competition, market drivers, economic environment, regulation, etc.).
• Conduct general background checks and company-specific research to support due diligence of new investment opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and papers for senior management and Board of Director reviews of business development matters.
