Zusammenfassung

Terminal Investment Limited (TIL) is a leading global investor, developer, and operator of container terminals. The Senior Analyst - Business Development will model and analyse business plans for existing investments and new opportunities, supporting Corporate Finance / Treasury with due diligence and board presentations.

The role requires an MSc in Finance or Business, 3–4 years in investment finance, expert Excel modelling, and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

MSc in Finance or Business required.
3-4 years’ experience in investment finance / valuation.
Proven ability in detailed financial modelling.
Excel modelling skills with financial return assessment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and spoken English with concise presentation skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Aufgaben

Undertake detailed analysis and financial modelling of long term business plans to support financing, expansion and valuation of capital investments and assessment of new investment opportunities
Refine, engineer and maintain multiple long term business development models
Perform quantitative and qualitative market analysis (M&A activity, competition, market drivers, economic environment, regulation, etc.)
Conduct general background checks and company-specific research to support due diligence of new investment opportunities
Prepare presentations and papers for senior management and Board of Director reviews of business development matters
