Zusammenfassung

onsemi is seeking a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join our Precision Analog Team in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. You will design and develop IP for automotive, industrial and medical products, focusing on DACs, ADCs, PLLs and related mixed‑signal blocks.

You will lead design activities across architecture, verification, layout and bench evaluation, coordinating with test, product and applications engineers to enable robust production releases.

Qualifikationen

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years in analog IC design (schematic, layout, simulation).
Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and IC processes.
Experience with deep-submicron processes (65nm or below).
Excellent English written and verbal communication.
Eligibility to work in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

Define architectures and feasibility studies for new analog/mixed-signal IP components.
Drive design, verification, layout and bench evaluation of CMOS/SOI designs.
Lead small teams on sub-projects and contribute to SoC integration.
Collaborate on DFT strategies and document designs thoroughly.
Partner with test, product and applications engineering to ensure production release.
Document designs with architecture and circuit descriptions, testing procedures.
