Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer for its sensor product line. You will lead analog/mixed-signal block design, tackle layout considerations, and drive verification and production test flows.

The role requires a strong background in sensor-related IC development, cross-team collaboration with overseas teams, and the ability to write design documentation and integrate safety features. This position is based in Schaffhausen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design and IC development.
• Experience in signal processing and sensors strongly desired.
• Understanding of high-speed layout considerations (parasitics, crosstalk, supply/bias distribution).
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with CAD tool environment and mixed-signal simulation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks and IC layouts.
• Analyze and optimize performance and verify designs.
• Oversee design verification and testing.
• Coordinate IC layout follow-up and test flows with production teams.
• Design for test, yield, and reliability considerations.
