Job summary

Artefact is a next-generation strategy and data consultancy. Senior Consultant in Zurich/Lausanne combines strategy with data and AI delivery, working with data scientists and engineers to shape client engagements end-to-end.

The role emphasizes governance, AI fluency, and the ability to communicate recommendations to C-level stakeholders. Zurich/Lausanne base with active business development.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Around three to five years in consulting, or in a technical/data-focused role with client-facing responsibility.
• Fluency in German/French and English is strongly preferred.
• You have built AI or data products and can explain model choices and impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with defensible estimates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork and client-facing experience.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.

• Project Delivery: support engagements end-to-end from hypothesis to roadmaps.
