Job summary

Artefact, a next-generation strategy and data consulting firm, seeks an Engagement Manager for our Zurich/Lausanne offices. You will shape AI-enabled strategies, manage client relationships, and lead hybrid teams delivering end-to-end engagements from hypothesis to implementation roadmaps.

You’ll work with C-level stakeholders, contribute to new offerings, and drive growth in a fast-evolving data and AI practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to C-level.
• Fluency in German and English (French a plus).
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Strategy development with client leadership to shape AI-driven programs.
• Break down complex challenges into actionable recommendations using frameworks.
• Support engagements end-to-end: hypothesis framing, market analysis, and roadmaps.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders and business unit leaders for alignment.
• Contribute to knowledge-building and practice growth in the Zurich/Lausanne office.
• Lead, mentor, and foster collaboration within hybrid project teams.
