• Provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple workstreams.
• Architect and build production AI agent systems atop LLM APIs and orchestration infra.
• Design agent observability, evaluation, and drift detection pipelines.
• Advance deployment practices (feature flags, progressive delivery, blue/green).
• Drive RFCs/ADRs for system coherence across parallel initiatives.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise technical bar across the team.
• Collaborate with product leadership to translate priorities into concrete architecture.
