Thomson Reuters Corp. is seeking a Principal Software Engineer focused on Security & Compliance in a hybrid setup in Switzerland (Zug).

You will own the architecture and engineering practices for SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP programs, shaping how the data infrastructure demonstrates trust to customers and auditors. You will build compliance as code, implement continuous control monitoring, and design production-grade security controls for large-scale legal data systems,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience delivering SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and HIPAA compliances.
• Experience with FedRAMP authorization process at Moderate/High baseline.

Aufgaben

• Own the compliance architecture across SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
• Build compliance as code with automated evidence collection and policy-as-code.
• Design encryption, key management, data residency, and audit logging for high-scale systems.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Product.
