PwC Switzerland seeks an (Senior) Manager for Advanced AI & Intelligent Systems to lead the design of production-grade AI platforms. You will work across models, agents, and enterprise data, shaping technical vision and delivering reusable architectures for client environments.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, evaluate frontier models, ensure data privacy, and translate complex tech into actionable decisions for senior executives in a Swiss setting.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent exceptional experience.
• 7+ years' experience building, architecting or leading sophisticated AI/data solutions in complex environments.
• Hands-on: fluent in Python and/or TypeScript and able to prototype, review code and challenge architectural decisions.
• Experience designing secure, production-grade AI systems, including enterprise integration and data privacy.

Aufgaben

• Identify problems worth solving in complex legal/tax/corporate environments and determine where AI can improve decisions.
• Shape the technical vision across models, agents, retrieval, and enterprise integration with secure trade-offs.
• Prototype and evaluate new concepts with engineers to deliver production-grade solutions.
• Create reusable IP, architectures and accelerators for multiple clients.
