Strong sales experience, deep AI know-how, and an international network will be essential, with travel within Switzerland and nearby regions expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in data science or related field.
• Proven track record of independently generating sales of more than 3 Mio.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Established network of senior decision-makers and ability to originate opportunities.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, and account growth.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, AI governance.
• Experience establishing and scaling AI Factories and operating models.
• Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, data architecture and cloud ecosystems.
• Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary teams and delivering value.
• Full professional proficiency in English; German/French is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and neighboring countries.

• Lead business development and go-to-market activities for AI & Data services in Switzerland.
• Proven track record independently driving multimillion AI & Data sales.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on Data & AI transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead design and delivery of innovative AI solutions (Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI Factories).
• Drive large-scale transformation programs across strategy, governance, data platforms, and AI adoption.
• Oversee multidisciplinary project teams through the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with local and global EY teams to bring innovative AI capabilities to clients.
