You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology and data, mentor consultants, drive governance, and help expand EY's AI & Data offerings across regulated industries in Switzerland and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree, MBA or equivalent.
• 6+ years of professional experience in consulting, business transformation, data management, analytics or AI-related initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs involving business, technology, data and executive stakeholders.
• Multi-year experience within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer Products or other highly regulated industries is a must.
• Business fluent English is required.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute Data & AI transformation strategies, from vision and roadmap development through to implementation and value realization.
• Lead large-scale data, analytics and AI programs, coordinating business, technology and executive stakeholders across complex environments.
• Advise clients on data strategy, data governance, data products, AI operating models, GenAI governance and organizational transformation.
• Facilitate executive workshops, drive stakeholder alignment and help clients make investment and prioritization decisions.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposal development and the creation of innovative market offerings.
