The role requires 6+ years in consulting, strong leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll coach teams, shape market offerings, and help EY grow its AI and data practice globally.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree, MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 6+ years in consulting, business transformation, data management, analytics or AI initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs with executive stakeholders.
• Fluent business English and strong communication with senior leadership.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

• Lead Data & AI transformation strategies from vision to value realization.
• Coordinate large-scale programs across business, technology and executives.
• Advise on data governance, operating models, data products and AI governance.
• Facilitate executive workshops and drive investment decisions.
• Work across Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer Products or regulated industries.
• Coach consultants and contribute to market offerings and BD activities.
• Support growth of EY's AI & Data practice and future direction.
