The role requires 5+ years in technical customer support, strong SQL, scripting skills (Python or JavaScript), and experience with REST or GraphQL APIs. Hybrid work with weekly office presence in London.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in technical customer support or similar.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript).

• Own investigation and resolution of complex technical issues across APIs, integrations, authentication, provisioning, and product behavior.
• Guide customers and developers with clear communication via email, chat, and calls.
• Identify root causes and collaborate with Engineering to drive fixes.
• Create high-quality bug reports with technical context.
• Improve support processes and internal documentation.
