Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner, seeks a Technical Support Engineer based in Switzerland to support enterprise customers across the EMEA region on a sophisticated ecommerce and AI platform.

You will own customer-facing conversations across tickets, Slack, and calls, troubleshooting APIs, SDKs, logs, and integrations, and guide customers from investigation to resolution while shaping scalable support practices.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in technical support, TAM, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, logs, HTTP requests, event data and integrations.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely, accurate technical support for complex questions involving APIs, SDKs, data integrations, tagging, and event instrumentation.
• Own customer-facing support cases across tickets, Slack, and calls with clear status updates and next steps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Success to resolve issues and share product feedback.
