Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered production applications or ML/NLP.
• Strong Python proficiency and AI framework experience.
• Experience with NLP systems, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Experience integrating and operating LLMs, prompts, and observability.
• Hands-on MLOps experience: reproducible pipelines, experiments, CI/CD for models.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain complex AI concepts.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and operate production-grade AI/ML systems, including LLM-powered apps.
• Make architectural decisions across model selection, training, fine-tuning, and retrieval.
• Integrate external AI services into a cloud platform.
• Build online/offline evaluation frameworks and dashboards for quality.
• Instrument monitoring and observability for AI systems at scale.
• Implement and maintain reproducible ML pipelines and CI/CD for AI components.
• Collaborate with product, design, software, and data science teams.
