Nexthink is seeking a Chief Architect to own the architectural direction of the Nexthink Platform. This hands-on, high-influence role reports to the CTO and shapes AI, cloud, and data architecture across the product.

You will lead a team of senior architects across Europe and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Executive leadership to evolve the platform. The role demands technical depth, clear communication, and the ability to earn trust within a strong engineering organization.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on architectural leadership
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong track record in delivering scalable platform architectures
• Experience guiding AI, cloud and data integration
• Mentoring senior engineers and architects
• Ability to align architecture with product strategy

Aufgaben

• Define Nexthink Platform architecture roadmap across scale, resilience and AI integration
• Own architectural domains and drive them through to production
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align decisions with roadmap and business goals
• Build and lead a high-performing architecture team with best practices
• Clearly communicate architectural vision to executives including CEO and CPO
• Evaluate new technologies and decide what belongs in the platform and when
• Serve as a technical authority advising teams on design decisions and trade-offs
