Zusammenfassung

Nexthink, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, is seeking a Chief Architect to own the architectural direction of the Nexthink Platform. This hands-on, high-influence role reports to the CTO and shapes how AI, cloud, and data architecture come together across the product.

Lead a Europe-based team of six senior architects and partner with Engineering, Product, and Executive leadership to define the platform's evolution.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of hands-on software architecture experience in product-based environments.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive Nexthink's architecture roadmap across scale, resilience, AI integration, and platform evolution.
• Be a hands-on contributor: own specific architectural domains and drive them to production.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to align architecture with roadmap and business goals.
• Build a high-performing architecture team and establish shared practices and forums.
• Communicate architectural vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, especially AI and ML infrastructure, for platform decisions.
• Serve as a technical authority advising engineering on design decisions and trade-offs.
