Nexthink is building the AI-native automation platform for enterprise IT, expanding Flow so that AI agents dynamically create and orchestrate workflows at scale. You will join a small, high-impact team at the nascent stage, collaborating with leadership to define the next generation of IT automation.

We are hiring Staff Software Engineer to lead the technical direction, mentor teammates, and drive reliability, observability, and performance across the stack in a fast-evolving product area.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience building scale-out backend systems for tens of millions of users.
• Experience deploying Gen AI features in production environments.
• Strong understanding of real-time, high-throughput architectures.
• Ten-plus years in backend engineering with leadership in Staff/Principal roles.

Aufgaben

• Reimagine automation for the AI era and evolve Flow for AI agents to generate and execute workflows.
• Design and ship large-scale, distributed, real-time systems for enterprise use.
• Shape the product by collaborating with Product Management and UX about what to build and why.
• Integrate Gen AI as a core building block, measure impact and iterate.
