Accenture in Zürich seeks an AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems across the enterprise tech stack. You will work with client engineering teams, lead technical design sessions, and create reusable patterns that scale beyond a single engagement.

The role requires hands-on experience shipping agentic AI solutions, and the ability to manage end-to-end LLM integrations with multiple providers.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record shipping production-grade agentic AI systems.
• Experience owning eval harnesses and handling production failures.
• Strong Python and backend development experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and RAG pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Design and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems end-to-end.
• Lead technical design sessions with client engineering teams.
• Build reusable patterns and accelerators for scale.
• Own RAG pipelines: embeddings, vector search, context engineering.
• Implement LLMOps, eval harnesses, and observability tooling.
• Collaborate with client teams and vendor ecosystems.
