KPMG is seeking a finance & payroll professional to support national and international clients from Switzerland, focusing on accounting, payroll, and regulatory compliance. You will manage ledgers, VAT returns, and financial statements while coordinating transition projects and collaborating with global KPMG teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland with solid accounting experience; payroll experience is an advantage.
• Native French speaker with advanced English (C1).
• Commercial diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field; Swiss federal diploma is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with new digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Support and advise on financial management and payroll matters, ensuring regulatory compliance (Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP RPC, US GAAP, IFRS).
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger through closing; prepare financial statements and VAT returns.
• Support payroll activities for local employees, expatriates, foreign employees, and board members.
• Contribute to accounting and payroll transition and implementation projects; coordinate timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with KPMG teams across countries and contribute to technology-enabled tools and automation.
