You will support national and international clients with payroll and personnel administration, liaise with tax authorities and social security partners, and collaborate with near-shore and off-shore teams from day one.

You bring a recognized payroll diploma, strong English, and a proactive, analytical mindset. German or French are helpful.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/certificate in payroll, social security, or related field.
• Fluent English; additional German or French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and methodological skills.
• Experience in in-wage processing (payroll).

Aufgaben

• Support national and international clients in payroll and personnel administration
• Maintain payroll accounting and communicate with clients, tax authorities and social security partners
• Support near-shore and off-shore teams on monthly payroll tasks
• Assist in acquiring new clients and networking at the location
• Contribute to internal and external projects and gain insights across industries
