ten23 health is seeking a Lead Accountant to oversee financial reporting, closing and controls for our Swiss Visp entity and to support other Swiss entities. You will drive IFRS/US GAAP reporting, develop ICS, and enhance ERP processes in Dynamics 365 BC. On-site role, three days per week, working with operations teams.

We value strong Swiss CO knowledge, hands-on closing experience, and leadership to coach accountants across sites. English and German fluency preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Swiss Diploma or international equivalent in Finance and Accounting.
• 8+ years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in industry or life sciences.
• Closing under Swiss CO with IFRS or US GAAP experience.
• Experience building and documenting an internal control system.

Aufgaben

• Own monthly, quarterly and year-end closings for the Visp entity.
• Coordinate audits with statutory auditors for the group.
• Develop and maintain the ICS and accounting policies.
• Drive ERP improvements and automation with Dynamics 365 BC.
