Job summary

All4Chefs.com seeks an Asian Specialty Chef for a 5-star Alpine resort in the Swiss Alps. This winter-season role (4-month contract) is based in the Valais Alps, with a Teppanyaki and sushi restaurant in a 5-star mountain hotel. Start Winter season 2026/27.

You will prepare sushi, sashimi and nigiri, support the teppanyaki and hot Asian kitchen, and maintain mise en place, fish handling and stock controls while upholding strict 5-star hygiene and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sushi and Japanese/Asian cuisine, ideally in hotels or fine dining.
• Precise knife and rice skills.
• EU passport or permanent EU residence required.
