Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
• CSM or PSMI certification with servant leadership and facilitation knowledge.
• Experience with Git/GitHub version control and basic build environments.
• Basic experience with C++ programming and regulatory environments.

• Act as a Scrum Master and team coach for the software development team, facilitating progress, resolving blockers, and increasing workplace transparency.
