Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Min 4 years as Scrum Master for software teams applying Scrum practices.
• CSM/PSMI certification with strong servant leadership and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Git/GitHub version control and basic build environments.
• Practical understanding of modern development ecosystems and C++ programming.

• Act as Scrum Master for the SW development team in SAFe ART.
