ITech Consult AG supports Roche Diagnostics International Ltd in Rotkreuz for a Scrum Master role. You will drive SAFe-aligned agile ceremonies, coach teams, and coordinate with hardware and software engineers on C++ based real-time control software for PCR instruments.

The ideal candidate holds a CSM/PSMI, strong Git/GitHub experience, and a willingness to document thoroughly in a regulated medical device context. English fluency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 4+ years as Scrum Master for software teams applying Scrum.
• CSM or PSMI certification and servant-leadership skills.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and setting up build environments.
• Willingness to document thoroughly in regulated environments.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Scrum Master for the SW development team within SAFe ART.
• Facilitate progress, remove blockers, and increase transparency.
• Apply Agile techniques to empower the team and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with self-organizing teams to plan high-impact work items.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize coding, testing, and debugging workflows.
• Ensure compliance with processes and regulatory standards.
