Roche Diagnostics International AG in Rotkreuz is seeking a proactive Scrum Master to join the PCR Hardware Abstraction team. You will drive agile processes for real-time C++ software that controls mechatronics, thermal, fluidic and optical subsystems of in-vitro diagnostic instruments.

The role requires experience in SAFe and a willingness to engage with hardware in a regulated environment. We value certifications (CSM/PSMI), practical Git experience, and a passion for thorough documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
• CSM or PSMI certification with strong servant leadership and facilitation skills.
• Practical understanding of Git and setting up basic build environments.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical devices) is highly valued.
• Willingness to engage with hardware and low-level systems.

Aufgaben

• Act as Scrum Master and team coach for the software development team, removing blockers.
• Apply Agile techniques to improve transparency and performance.
• Collaborate within self-organizing teams to plan high-impact work packages.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize coding, testing, and troubleshooting workflows.
• Ensure compliance with processes and regulatory standards; drive improvements.
