Zusammenfassung

Randstad Digital in Switzerland’s Zug region is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our hardware-aware software team. You will act as a servant leader for the SW development group, facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and foster transparency across the Agile Release Train, SAFe framework, and cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on C++ real-time control software for IVD PCR instruments, using PREEMPT_RT Linux, and requires collaboration with hardware, sensors, and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• Min 4 years experience serving as a Scrum Master for a software development team applying Scrum.
• Certification in Scrum methodologies (CSM or PSM) with servant leadership, facilitation, and team empowerment techniques.
• Practical understanding of modern development ecosystems, including Git/GitHub version control and setting up basic build environments.
• Basic Experience with C++ programming.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect teams and resolve conflicts.
• Willingness to work in a regulated environment (medical device, automotive, aerospace or industrial safety) and follow structured development processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; willingness to write good documentation and drive work to conclusion.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our PCR Hardware Abstraction team and part of an Agile Release train(ART) following SAFe, developing C++ based real-time control software that drives the mechatronics, thermal, fluidic and optical subsystems of our in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) PCR instruments. Our software runs on PREEMPT_RT Linux and interfaces directly with custom electronics and sensors.
