A leading HR consulting firm is seeking an HR System Manager to oversee SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur in Basel. You will ensure system stability and optimize HR processes. Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support HR data architecture, security concepts and authorization models.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy requirements.
• Lead HR IT projects for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Translate HR requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Support HR systems changes in an international environment.
• Documentation, testing and controlled deployment of changes.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR stakeholders translating business needs into capabilities.
• Manage external vendors and SLAs; coordinate technical activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning for HR systems.
• Contribute to HR systems roadmap and future technology decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and operational management of the HR system landscape with focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur, ensuring system stability, compliance and continuous improvement
• Design, configuration and maintenance of employee lifecycle processes within SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur

Qualifications

• Strong experience working with SAP HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors
• Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or Time & Attendance solutions
• Experience with additional modules such as Onboarding, Recruiting / Smart Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation or SAP Concur considered beneficial
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and their implementation in SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with cloud-based HR architectures and integrations including SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, APIs or middleware technologies
• Experience in HR IT project environments including stakeholder management and requirements engineering
• Ability to create functional specifications, validate technical designs and ensure data quality and compliance
• Certification in project management methodologies such as Project Management Institute or International Project Management Association considered advantageous
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, project management tools and Atlassian Confluence
