Job summary

Capgemini Switzerland is seeking an experienced SAP leader to define the strategic vision for SAP SD and S/4HANA transformation programs. You will lead and grow the SAP SD/S4 practice, building a high-performing team across Switzerland, while driving business development and maintaining executive relationships with client stakeholders.

The role requires strong people leadership, delivery excellence, and a proven track record in managing large-scale SAP delivery programs.

Qualifications

15+ years of SAP consulting experience.
Proven track record of generating and winning consulting business.
Extensive experience leading large-scale SAP delivery programs.
Strong people leadership including development, coaching and workforce planning.
Fluent in English; French or German is mandatory for Swiss market.

Responsibilities

Define the strategic vision for Capgemini Switzerland's SAP SD and S/4HANA transformation programs.
Lead and grow the SAP SD/S4 practice, building a high-performing team across Switzerland.
Drive business development by shaping opportunities and engaging senior client stakeholders.
Mentor and develop SAP consultants, managers and architects to grow capabilities and retention.
Partner with account teams and SAP leadership to expand existing accounts and revenue.
