Westernacher Consulting in Switzerland seeks an SAP EWM Practice Director to lead and grow our SAP Site Logistics practice. You will own business performance, define go‑to‑market strategies, and drive demand through customer engagements, SAP relationships, and partner networks.

Ideal candidates will have deep SAP EWM expertise, strong business development and stakeholder management skills, and excellent German and English communication. Travel willingness and a hybrid work model are required.

• Deep knowledge of SAP EWM functionality and warehouse management processes.
• Proven ability to grow business, manage pipeline and qualify opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building with customers, SAP, partners and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the SAP EWM practice performance including revenue and profitability.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for site logistics in Switzerland.
• Generate demand and develop opportunities through customer engagement and partner networks.
• Support qualification, shaping and conversion of opportunities into projects.
• Maintain visibility across key customer engagements and ensure satisfaction and project performance.
• Lead demand planning, pipeline reviews and forecasting.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align capabilities and market needs.
