Westernacher Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Practice Director to lead and grow our Site Logistics practice in Switzerland. You will own business growth, customer success, and market development across SAP EWM capabilities.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams, define go-to-market strategy, and drive demand, pipeline reviews, and forecasting while building trusted relationships with customers, SAP, and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of SAP EWM functionality and warehouse management processes.
• Experience in business development, pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and proposal development.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, SAP, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Own the business performance of the SAP EWM practice, including revenue, profitability, and market position.
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy in line with customer demand and business priorities.
• Generate demand and develop new business opportunities through customer engagement, SAP relationships, partner networks, events, and market activities.
• Support the qualification, shaping, and conversion of opportunities into projects.
• Maintain visibility across key customer engagements and support customer satisfaction and project performance.
• Lead demand planning, pipeline reviews, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with regional and global practice teams to align capabilities, offerings, and market needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for business growth , customer success, market development, and the continued advancement of our EWM capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the business performance of the SAP EWM practice, including revenue, profitability, and market position.
