The role focuses on developing GRC processes, SoD risk mitigation, and accelerating upgrades, with a hybrid work model and language proficiency in German/English.

Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:IS Service Manager__Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that users have the precise access rights required for their tasks - adhering to the principle of least privilege.You will support the business units as main contact regarding the role concept and authorizations, as well as in all SAP User Access Management topics.You will also showcase your skills by continuously improving our GRC application and access control processes.The work model for the role is: hybridThis role serves as a vital bridge between IT infrastructure and business departments to protect sensitive data while maintaining operational efficiencyYou will be mainly accountable for:Maintaining and developing the SAP role and authorization concepts in collaboration with functional departments.Conducting user access reviews and regular access controls for internal and external audits.Analyzing and evaluating critical authorizations and Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.Manage and further develop the SAP GRC system (Access Control, Risk Analysis & Remediation, Firefighter).Our team dynamicsYou will join a multicultural SAP team where you can thrive. Locally, the team consists of six members including the Hiring Manager, and in total you will collaborate with an extended team of 15–20 people, as well as external service providers.
