Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Technical Architect for Life Sciences Cloud to serve pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology clients.

You’ll blend hands-on delivery with customer consulting to design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions in a regulated Life Sciences setting. You will work with customers and partners on use cases like healthcare professional engagement and patient services, owning defined components with guidance from senior architects and contributing to solution

Qualifications

Proficient in German or French (written and spoken) to participate in workshops and collaborate with customers.
Authorized to work in Switzerland with a valid work permit if required.
3+ years in technical consulting, software engineering, or Salesforce delivery, incl. 2+ years hands-on Salesforce implementation.
Experience gathering requirements and delivering technology solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers; translate business needs into practical technical recommendations.
Own defined components or workstreams and align designs with overall architecture.
Participate in discovery and translate requirements for HCP/HCO engagement into solution designs.
Configure and develop Salesforce solutions; contribute to data models, integrations and access controls.
Ensure privacy, security and auditability requirements; support validation activities.
Document decisions, prototype, and support testing and reviews.
Assist in data migration, deployment and release activities; maintain data quality.
Collaborate with project teams to estimate work, track dependencies and raise risks.
Explore AI use cases under architectural guidance while ensuring data access and governance.
