Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services seeks a Technical Architect to help pharmaceutical, biotech and medical technology customers implement Life Sciences Cloud solutions. You will own solution components, collaborate with architects, and advance your design and advisory skills in a regulated environment.

You will work with customers on use cases like healthcare professional engagement and patient services, contributing to design, configuration and integration while ensuring privacy and security

Qualifications

• German or French professional working proficiency for workshops and client interaction.
• Authorized to work in Switzerland with valid work permit.
• 3+ years of technical consulting or Salesforce delivery, incl. 2+ years hands-on Salesforce.
• Consulting background with direct customer engagement and delivering technology solutions.
• Solid Salesforce design, data modeling, security and access management foundations.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration and custom development with OO programming understanding.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and data migration to explain data exchange.
• Awareness of data privacy and security in regulated Life Sciences delivery.
• Experience in agile delivery teams and ownership of a defined component.
• Clear communication and problem-solving, able to explain tech to business and tech colleagues.
• Collaborative, eager to learn, travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships and translate business priorities into practical technical recommendations.
• Own defined components or workstreams and align with architecture.
• Participate in discovery workshops and translate healthcare requirements into designs.
• Configure and develop Salesforce solutions, with data models and integrations.
• Address privacy, consent, security and auditability requirements in solutions.
• Document design decisions and support testing, reviews and prototypes.
• Contribute to data migration, deployment and release activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to estimate work and manage risks.
• Share learnings and reusable components with the team.
