Zusammenfassung

Bucher + Suter is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Consultant with 3–7 years of experience and strong Service Cloud skills. You’ll work directly with customers, run requirement discussions, support design workshops, and deliver autonomous configuration during the Build phase.

You’ll switch between Build and QA, collaborate across clouds such as Experience Cloud and Field Service, and bring German (C1) and English to customer engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• German (C1) and English language proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in Build and QA.
• Knowledge of Contact Center or telephony is a plus.

You’ll work directly with customers, run requirement discussions, support design workshops, write user stories, and deliver autonomous configuration during the Build phase. Switching between Build and QA should feel natural to you.

What you’ll do

• Lead customer requirement sessions and translate needs into clear user stories
• Configure Service Cloud (Flows, Case Management, Knowledge, Omni‑Channel, automations)
• Support design workshops and functional documentation
• Deliver autonomous Build and support QA validation
• Collaborate across clouds (Experience Cloud, Field Service, etc.)

What you bring

• German (C1) and English
• 3–7 years Salesforce consulting experience
• Ability to work independently in Build & QA
• Knowledge of Contact Center or telephony is a plus

Required Salesforce Certifications

Salesforce Certified Agentforce Cloud Consultant certification is a requirement.

Ideally you are also certified Salesforce Business Analyst and Agentforce Specialist.
