Zusammenfassung

International SOS is seeking a proactive project manager to organise internal meetings, client events, and cross‑border initiatives using SFDC and project plans.

You will support Account Owners with presentations, pre‑sales materials, tender responses, and data uploads; coordination across medical, operations and marketing teams. Fluent English and French, plus strong communication and teamwork are essential in this international setting.

Aufgaben

• Organise internal team meetings: prepare materials, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate client events: venue booking, invitations, registrations, and logistics.
• Monitor SFDC compliance and generate reports on customer activities and pricing.
• Develop project plans, tracking sheets, and weekly status updates for initiatives.
• Support Account Owners with meetings, presentations, and collaboration across teams.
• Prepare pre‑sales material and tender responses; upload data in SFDC and manage cases.
• Assist renewal processes, quoting, and CLM document handling.
• Engage with event participants and draft account plans.
