enshift is seeking a motivated Business Development & Marketing Intern to gain practical experience across sales, business development, and marketing, with a focus on the French-speaking market. You will support the Sales team, prepare client materials, and contribute to campaigns and content.

The role offers exposure to CRM, market research, and cross-functional projects in a renewable energy context within Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• Native French; German is an advantage.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, marketing, real state and renewable energy.
• Confident communicator who enjoys interacting with clients and colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Support the Sales team in identifying and approaching potential clients and business partners.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research, particularly for the French-speaking market.
• Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines, contact information, and CRM data.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Create and coordinate French-language content for LinkedIn, newsletters, presentations, and other communication channels.
• Analyse campaign and sales results and prepare short performance reports.
• Collaborate with different teams on commercial and strategic projects.
