UBS is offering a 2027 Internship Program in Wealth Management Switzerland. Join the Chief of Staff team and gain exposure to private, corporate and institutional clients, while experiencing how a truly global wealth manager operates.

You'll work with experienced client advisors on day-to-day activities, coordinate projects with stakeholders, and receive mentors throughout the six-month program. If successful, you may be offered a place in UBS’ Graduate Talent Program after your studies.

Qualifikationen

• Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree.
• Graduated no longer than 12 months ago.
• Competitive GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss scale.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Values: hardworking, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative.
• Curious and eager to learn in financial services.

Aufgaben

• Support client advisors in day-to-day Wealth Management activities.
• Coordinate projects with stakeholders and learn project management.
• Explore use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency.
