Qualifikationen

• Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than 12 months ago
• Competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss scale
• Evidence of how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• Strong command of German with good English proficiency
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and initiative with broad interests
• Strong customer orientation and professional appearance
• Initial practical experience in economics, banking or finance is an advantage
