Job summary

ParkGuard Solutions GmbH is seeking a Sales Manager to bring FalschParker to Switzerland’s market. You will qualify leads, engage retailers and property managers, and close contracts across Switzerland.

You’ll present a compelling value proposition on site or via video, manage quotes, and guide customers through onboarding. The role requires 1–2 years in sales or customer success, German and English fluency, and a self-motivated, structured work style.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer success.
• Business-fluent German and good English; French or Italian a plus.
• Independent, structured way of working with self-motivation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads and proactively approach new parking operators.
• Present the product and its value convincingly, on site and over video.
• Prepare quotes and guide clients through contract and onboarding.
• Work closely with Operations so pilot sites launch smoothly.
• Keep the CRM complete and report transparently every week.
• Hit monthly targets and sharpen the sales process with feedback.
